You are not a smoker
Your partner is not a smoker
You are not currently receiving government assistance
Your current health care policy is not subsidized by the state or federal government
You are not currently diagnosed with any medical condition that requires prescriptive medications
You have not had any complications with your previous pregnancies
You have not had more than two cesarean section deliveries
You agree to respond to Alternative Reproductive Resources
